Big News, Friends! Mike and I are moving to Texas. September will be the last chance to book in Beachwood and my schedule is up. I'm sad to be leaving my practice and all the beautiful souls I'm blessed to call clients and friends, however, we need to be closer to my family, so, I'm calling the Lone Star state home once again :) I'm back and forth through next spring and will have limited availability, so please grab what you see. Appointments after September will likely be in Novelty. *Please note* after July 2023, all clients will need a current prescription on file, as I am terminating my relationship with the county sales tax department. My goal is to provide outcome based treatment, integrating various techniques that support your needs with an emphasis on releasing patterns of nervous and tissue tension. This includes relief from chronic pain, healing from injury or surgery, preserve or increase functional capacity, diminishing soft-tissue pain arising from stress, adhesions and scar tissue management, and overuse. Bodywork can also help with anxiety, depression, addiction, or simply to maintain health. The work will vary from session to session and can include Craniosacral, Thai-style stretching, energy and meridian work, tok sen, traditional Swedish, trigger point, cupping, deep tissue, or any other modality that is deemed most beneficial that day.
